Summer vaccination clinics have been set up across the Lothians to help ensure children are up to date with their MMR vaccinations

Students across Lothian are encouraged to ensure their vaccinations are up to date before heading off to college or university this year.

Following a fire at Greengairs Landfill fire in Lanarkshire, Scottish Fire and Rescue are urging residents within the East of Scotland and nearby to the fire incident who can smell smoke, to keep windows and doors shut. If travelling through smoke, motorists should keep windows closed, turn off air conditioning and keep their air vents closed.
