Award Ceremony
Every year we host our prestigious Celebrating Success Awards. We receive hundreds of nominations, but the top nominees are shortlisted and announced prior to the event. The winners will be announced during a virtual ceremony. It is a great opportunity to recognise and honour staff who go that extra mile.
This year’s Award Ceremony
This year, we’ve smashed records with the number of nominations received — a true testament to the incredible talent, dedication, and heart across our NHS Lothian family.
The top three nominees in each category have earned their spot at the Annual Awards Ceremony on Friday 3 October 2025 at the Western General Hospital. On the night we will celebrate the remarkable achievements of all our finalists and announce our deserving winners.
We’ll also announce on social media (Facebook & X) throughout the night who has taken the trophies home.
