The shortlist for NHS Lothian’s Celebrating Success Awards 2023 has been revealed.
Nominations were received in their hundreds from staff and members of the public, recognising those who go above and beyond what is expected in their day-to-day work.
Finalists have now been contacted and the shortlist is available to view on our website.
The awards are designed to celebrate staff who embrace the core values of care and compassion, dignity and respect, quality, teamwork and openness, honesty and responsibility.
Janis Butler, Director of Human Resources said: “Congratulations to all those who have been shortlisted.
“Judging was really tough again this year due to the high standard of nominations received. We want to thank everyone who took the time to submit an entry and recognise their colleagues.”
“The breadth of finalists highlights the wide range of work our staff and volunteers do across the organisation and in the community to help provide great care for patients.”
“The awards continue to be an important event in our annual calendar to honour those who go the extra mile.
Winners will be announced on 7 September at a special awards ceremony for all finalists.
